What you need to apply
- Your ABN or ACN. If you are under a trust ABN, you will also need to provide the trustee details.
- If you cannot provide your ABN or ACN, you will need to provide a copy of your contractor licence.
- Directors/Partners/Sole Proprietors information. This includes driver licence, date of birth and residential address of each partner.
- Your business’ accounts payable contact details, including postal address and email address for accounts.
